As the CEO of Standard Dental Labs and Costas, Inc., James Brooks brings visionary leadership and a proven track record of driving strategic growth. Under his leadership, Standard Dental Labs has firmly established itself as a leader in the dental lab sector, with a focus on acquiring and scaling private dental labs across Florida.

 

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Brooks has successfully navigated complex regulatory environments, achieving key milestones such as full FINRA compliance and advancing the company’s business plan to deliver sustained growth, unlocking new opportunities for investors and cementing the company’s position in the market.

Prior to this role, Mr. Brooks amassed extensive experience in corporate strategy, operations, and financial leadership, earning recognition for his ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

Ms. Ambrosio is a member of The State Bar of California, and has practiced as a lawyer in California for the past 25 years. From 2019-2022, she served as General Counsel to Corporate Enterprises Services, Inc. (True Family Enterprises Corp.) From 2022 to present she serves as General Counsel to 4 Over, LLC.

 

Ms. Ambrosio has been a director to Standard Dental Labs Inc. since March of 2023.
